The Green Pin shackles are made of high tensile strength steel up to grade 6 and are quenched and tempered, allowing for use with the hot dip galvanized finish across a wide range of temperatures, from minus 40 degrees to plus 200 degrees Celsius. The safety bolt series of Green Pin shackles has a safety ratio of 6:1, where the minimum breaking load equals six times the working load limit, and they are available in sizes up to 55 tons.
