Chain Crossroads | Grade 120

Chain Crossroads | Grade 120

A Pewag lifting chain crossroads is a chain assembly with two (chain) legs. There is a top link on one side and a hook of your choice on the other sides. Due to the different options, the choices are almost endless. These chains are from the Pewag brand.
These chain assemblies are all made with grade 120 material. This means a higher workload with a smaller chain size.
The length chosen for the chain fork is the working length of the assembly. Working length is the measured length from the inside of the top link to the inside of the hook.

The main features of Grade 120 lifting chains are their higher tensile strength and their increased wear resistance. These characteristics make these chains suitable for use in harsh industrial environments, such as in the mining, shipping and port industries.

Grade 120 lifting chains are made using advanced manufacturing techniques and are subject to strict quality controls to ensure they meet the highest safety standards. The chains are tested for tensile strength, wear and corrosion resistance before they are approved for use.
