Clevis Safety Hook

Mitari's MYD safety hooks have a self-locking design, in which the safety hook closes as soon as a load is applied to the hook. The latch cannot be opened while the hook is loaded, yet releases easily once the load is released. You can open the hook by pressing the catch on the back of the hook. The hook then opens backwards. 

The clevis connection allows the hook to be mounted directly on the lifting chain.
