Noose Chain | Pear Shank

The 280.SP sling chains from Mitari are composed with top links type MYGX. The top link MYGX is a pear link with fork connection. Due to the clevis connection, the top link can be attached directly to the chain, without a connecting link being placed in between.

Because no connecting link is needed with this assembly because the top link is attached directly to the chain, there are fewer wear parts.

A sling chain can be used by threading one pear link through the other pear link, this creates a strop that can be slung around a pipe, for example.
May the object to be lifted not be damaged? Then we recommend using a round sling or hoisting sling to hoist the load.

Our sling chains are all made with grade 100 material. This means a higher workload with a smaller chain size.

The length of the sling chain is the working length of the assembly. Working length is the measured length from the inside of the pear link to the inside of the pear link.
