Swivel Hook Assembly | Flap Hook

Looking for a swivel hook with an extra large hook ring? In addition to our standard swivel hooks, we also have these assemblies in our range. There is a great demand for a swivel hook with an extra large ring at the top. With a top link at the top, the assembly can easily be hung in a crane hook. To create an extra-large attachment point, we attach a top link to the swivel hook by placing a connecting link in between.

The swivel valve hook from Mitari. This hook is designed to fully rotate under load thanks to a ball bearing design. This is a unique feature as most standard lifting hooks use cheaper bushings which jam under load.

The top link and connecting link are made of grade 100 steel, this is clearly indicated by the blue color of the parts. The swivel hook itself is made of grade 80 steel, the yellow color is characteristic for this.

Choose from a wide range of sizes from 1.12T - 8T. 

This swivel flap hook is most commonly used because it is easy to pick up a load through the flap. As soon as the hook is properly mounted, the cover closes automatically by a spring. Make sure that the valve is closed properly before lifting.
